ocr: By using the MTACINTUSH'S HFS File System to store the catalog, the DA FIND FILE or the INDER can be used to locate the diskette that a file is on, instead of popping diskettes into the Mac or launching a file catalog application to find the file's diskette. DiskCat updates the Diskette Catalog - as diskettes are updated by the Mac, whether adding or deleting files to the diskettes. The lames of the Diskettes are the first level under the Diskette Catalog and under each Diskette Name are all the images of the files on that diskette.
